Can I loging using telnet or SSH?

No, We don't allow any third parties to telnet nor SSH into our server.

Do you charge a set-up fee?

No. We no longer charge a set-up fee. Annual or monthly fees are the only fees applicable.

Do you supply any statistical information about my web site?

If you browse to http//yourdomain.com/awstats you can see statistics about how many people have visited your site and which pages they have locked at.
You will have to login with the username and password we have given you to upload yor web site when you signed up.

These statistics are updated once every night.

Is there a minimum contract period for AvantiStart package?

If you pay monthly then the 'contract period' would be that month.
If you pay annually then the 'contract period' would be one year.

If during this period you wish to leave Avanti Hosting and have your website with a different provider we will help to get your web site moved. However no money will be refunded.
